Prolific Counseling Group provides skills training and support that helps adults live more independently in their own communities — budgeting, household management, transportation, and daily living. Our team builds treatment plans around the person, not the diagnosis.

One-to-one, built around your life

Skill building happens in the real places where life gets hard — at the kitchen table working out a budget, on the bus route to a new job, at the pharmacy counter sorting out a refill.

Every plan starts with what the person actually wants to be able to do, and the team works backward from there.

Groups that rebuild connection

Psychosocial rehabilitation and our intensive outpatient programs run in small groups, because isolation is often the thing keeping someone stuck.

Peer support specialists who have been through it themselves work alongside our clinical staff.

If you are a hospital discharge planner, CSB clinician, probation officer, or case manager seeking placement for a client, contact our Admissions and Intake team directly.

Please have the following ready:

  • Current medical history or physical exam
  • Current medications, type and dosage

  • Social history and any legal involvement
  • Summary of prior treatment and level of care
